Keeping good notes helps leaders stay in the loop of what's going on in their groups. Notes can also help leaders remember what happened, especially if they're leading with someone else. Leaders can add a new note or view any notes made by another leader.

Go to the event and tap Add to add an event note.


As notes are added, you can tap to view them.



You can use notes to track your visitors. If they’re only in attendance for a short time, or they’re not ready to be invited into the group, add their name and contact information in the note.


View Notes from the Admin Side

A person with Group Type Manager permissions or higher can see event notes from the attendance page. Select the note to view its details.
