View Event Notes

Group leaders can record helpful and essential information in their event notes. Administrators and group type managers can view those notes to keep the group's membership up-to-date, add prayer requests to a newsletter, or see why an event was canceled.

On the Attendance tab of a group, a notes icon appears on the attendance total for that day if notes were taken. Select the icon to view the notes.

To review notes across multiple groups, use the main Calendar page. Filter to a specific type or tag to narrow down the event list.

Tip

Use tasks to keep track of important information as you complete other Planning Center projects, like adding prayer requests from group notes to a prayer newsletter task!
