Administrator notifications

To keep up with what's happening in your church's groups or be alerted to a potential problem, Administrators can receive notifications from any app in a central notification inbox. To view membership notifications, go to the Requests page.

Administrators can see any notifications related to them in the Admin Notifications Inbox. You can find this inbox at the top right corner of any page by selecting the bell icon.

If you have login permissions to Planning Center, you will be able to see both read and unread notifications and customize your notification settings.

If you used to find the notifications on the Notification page, you can now see them in this bell.

Membership requests

Notifications about requests to join groups are located on the Requests Page. Choose Requests from the gear dropdown.

Administrators can choose to Don't add or Add people to the group from here.

A Group Leader can choose to Don't add or Add people from the specific group page.
